Time to think about permanent install of the pump, but...

Where is the best place to mount the pump and filter in the viper chassis??

Within or under the boot??
thought about below the centre of the boot floor enclosed withina protective cover but this will place it right between the inner silencers, but should be alright with a bit of heat shielding from the pipes..

Any thoughts??

Hi

I was going to fit mine at the rear of the transmission tunnel using the original Vitesse fuel pump housing which is padded. I was going to fit an inline tap between the pump and the tank, located behind the seats with an access hatch in the glass panel.

I'm now having a swirl pot fitted in the fuel tank with an integral pump.

Do you have a swirl pot in your tank, because if you have fuel injection it is recommended.

Hope this is helpful.
