Anyone had any experience fitting brighter rear stop/tail lamps in the Lucas 488 fitting?
A guy called Paul Goff (01494 868 21
is advertising them with a 5 watt tail lamp (same as standard) but with a 35 watt stop lamp (14 watts brighter than standard) and which sounds like a good idea to me given that our rear lamps, (at least in 488 style) aren't very bright in the first place.
Would any mods to wiring be needed with the brigher stop lamp?
