On rereading your post - I have no knowledge or experience of clever stuff like mapping, but IMHO its easy and cheap to get horsepower from this engine and for it to remain tractable. Sure the BHP/litre isn't much to shout about, but its a tough smooth engine. Webers are more powerful & cheaper than PI I think. |
