The guy's obviously a tosser; "A COBRAS" doesn't even make any sense.

My favourite Cobra plate would have to be AC 427 which I saw on a Golf GTI quite a few years back in Devon. Others I have enjoyed include:

XJV 120K re-spaced to read XJ V12 OK

and

130 LOX re-spaced to read BOLOX

Here in NZ you can pay for a personal plate and choose any 6 letters/digits you like and space them however you like too so fancy plates are so common that I don't bother with one.
