I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure there's a picture of your car in my 1998 Classic Replica Build manual. This isn't going to give you much informtion though.
The History is complicated and its hard to find any information on Classic Replicas themselves.

Its definately a Viper...as to which version is down to whether the floors and tunnel are steel or glass. Running gear can be Jag, Sierra or Cortina
The engine's a Rover V8 but the intake is new to me although that's easy...
