yeah, buying one might be the answer, I might need it for a while as the flashlines slowly come off. I spoke to the nice people at Farecla, they are quite specific about needing 1800-2000 rpm and using one of their Gmop heads.
Has anyone tried one of these?

Only £40 and seems to be the right spec. I can also get one locally from a tool shop rather than Ebay.
