210cc AFR's come either with 68cc or 74cc chambers , SPEC Racing heads 66cc only.... so you have a choice, matching the CR (or at least getting pretty close) shouldn't be a huge problem.
As a note most of their heads come in the 68cc or 74cc versions.
PS, 195cc 68cc heads on my 383 SBC with CR 10.2 with Flat Top pistons
