| PACE Witness Statement Help
Has anyone used the PACE witness statement as a means of responding to a speeding camera Notice of Intended Prosecution (PIN).
I was advised not to fill in the PIN sent by the police but to provide a PACE witness statement, which I understand cannot be used against me.
I'm not sure where I stand legally and it sounds too good to be true, but any experience of this would be appreciated.
