Hi Tony, mine failed at Bristol for the same reason. I have now bought some chrome trim at the stafford show, I think it is chrome windscreen rubber insert, with a T section. I have glued this into the channel with silicon, so it should come out. Looks good too. Mine also failed on the dashboard lower radius, standard Pilgrim fiberglass dash covered with foam and leathcloth, exactly 19mm. radius, but failed without even measuring it. Have also fitted the sierra brake bias valve as the rear brakes locked before the front. Will have to wait until April now for the retest as cannot get time off from work.
