RE: Keeping the SVA Inspector happy

Hi guys

Mine failed at Leighton Buzzard last August with a Brass Craft screen, but only on the centre cutout in the channel, as the edges of this part is not radiused. My solution was to mould a rubber insert and glue this in with clear adhesive.

I was also failed on not having small radiuses around the escution plates at the bottom of the windscreen pillers and around the stone guards on the rear arches. I know 2 GD's that passed at the same test station only a month before. So my view is that it is really up to the SVA inspector and what side of bed he got out of that day.

I would also suggest that there is more then a little bit of envy going on here. My guess is that SVA inspectors do not earn great money and when people wheel in a fantastic looking Cobra... well you can guess what they think.
