You say your site needs updating, but to be fair, you have stated from the outset that your cars are built from all new parts when in fact thats not the case, and you have had months to remove anything on the site that was misleading or should not be there.

It is true some builders do get new registrations for their builds, and the law allows for some reused parts to be used, but advertising a car as being produced from all new parts when in fact its not is another matter entirely.

If indeed you have sold the three cars in your offer as you claim, then all of those cars have been sold on a fraudulent basis and if any of your customers had the intent, they could sue you through the courts, probably taking your business with them along the way.

If you want to be taken seriously in this industry you have to be whiter than white!
I have heard that you make good quality cars, but you are doing yourself no favours with your continued naive approach to advertising and trading standards.
