Just a print of the web page was good enough for my SVA.

It should print along the bottom the web address the actual page came from which shows up automatically when you print it.

I asked the tester about it and he said he was happy as he could check the validity by using that address but I don't believe he did.

I did have another printout from another web site in my pocket just in case he questioned it though, there's loads about if you just do a Google.
