I know this has been asked before (I've read through all the other threads but I'm still confused!)

I'm filling in the SVA form and I'm unsure of what to put for Max power engine speed.

I have a 383 stroker, it has been dynoed by the factory and produces maximum Torque at 3300rpm and max HP at 5800rpm. Can I get away with putting down 3300 as the max power engine speed?

Which is the maximum power figure - HP or Torque?
