| Re: Autobrass outstanding service Yes still having problems with my screen, persuaded my insurance co to let autobrass reglaze my screen (allbeit at a higher excess). Autobrass have told me they'll collect the screen 3 times now and let me down each time. I've asked them to keep me informed of whats happening but they haven't, so i'm taking time off work waiting for them and they're not showing. I appreciate they are probably busy but a phone call to let me know wouldn't go amiss. I'll call them again on Monday and try and arrange another pick-up day.
