Have mine lock wired on, lock wire facing away from rotation of spinner so they can't undo, never had a problem with them working loose and have never noticed any tension building in the lock wires that would indicate that they have moved, this is despite doing 4 or five track days and putting loads of use through them, and they look so muck better.
