Of course it will be dark it normally is this time of year, that's why we picked a place with lights. I don't know how good the lights are but I'm willing to find out next week. I am aware of your other concerns and will have to wait and see how it is there in the evening. I don't suppose many are brave enough to take their cobs anyway as it looks a bit rainy. Thanks for your warnings I will report back.
