Hi Ben,

If you run the engine for about 5 minutes or so, it should get up to temp, but anything over about 80C engine water temp should see the condensation (if thats what it is) disappear gradually.

Not sure what age your engine is, but the older engines at SVA are tested for 'no visible smoke', ie no emiissions figures to comply to.
Im sure some of the SVA knowledgeable on here will help you on this one.
