It is possible to create the notch effect with a richfield but it involves quite a bit of work to alter the steel framework at the base of the seat. Of course you can also find some more room at the pedal end of things.
Not exactly what you want to do to such expensive items but sometimes it is that or off to your orthopedic surgeon for a couple of inches off the legs!
