As mentioned above the best place is the sump. You don't need to weld anything either. I just got a big nut & bolt which I had drilled and tapped then with some gasket paste and a brass washer I simply drilled a hole through the sump and did up the nut and bolt. Once it was in I fitted the sensor and left to set. Been in for 2 years and never leaked. :thumb: :thumb:
