| Favourite UK Roads
Hi All,
I do a lot of traveling with my job & whenever I drive down a new stretch of road I always consider how it would be to drive the AK down that road once the beast is built. Therefore I thought Id ask the forum what is your favourite driving roads.
I will start this post off by giving one of my favourite stretches of tarmac; this road runs for about 20 miles, takes in some fantastic scenary, has great tight curves & only has a few of speed cameras which are sensibly positioned in potential black spots. I am talking about the A628 between J35A on the M1 all the way over the peak district to Tintwistle. Would love to hear of your favourite stretches & maybe we could create a database of favourite regional roads.
