They're some pretty impressive numbers. But doesn't it make you think how insanely quick the R1 is!! I have a '99 R1 and every time I ride it I realise that no 4-wheeler on the road could get near it, even the hottest 7-type cars and the McLaren F1, Ferrari Enzo etc. With a bike you have so much more space to use the power, it's a massive adrenaline rush but so easy to lose your licence. On a good Sunday morning thrash a quick glance at the speedo rarely shows below a ton. The damn thing isn't comfortable to ride below 80. Round a circuit though some of the cars would definitely be quicker. Thinking about a Honda 2000-powered Elise to add to the stable for trackdays, they are awesome. The RAM has a good chassis so with decent rubber and a good set-up you should have a mighty quick car for trackdays. Bet you can't wait to get it on the road Ian.
