| Re: One thing after another It may be discharging while the engine is not running but does it still charge when the engine is running. Try a voltmeter on the battery with the engine running and hopefully you will have 14.4ish volts. If you do it should be fine for the day as the SVA is done with the engine running most of the time anyway.
I fitted a large battery cutoff switch with a removable key in the boot next to the battery. Every time I leave the car I remove the key mainly for sucurity reasons but it also protects against unwanted battery drain.
