Not so much "Rubbish" more "questionable". This has been discussed many times on here. The concensus has always been to replace all suspension bolts with GENUINE Jag Nuts/Bolts, Or an equivalent new tensile rated bolt of 8.8 (metric) or S (Imperial) (Both are used) And to torque them to the Jag specs. There have been instances where the original bolts were reused and have subsequently failed!! Specifically, Steering Arm mounting bolts. Not a situation you really want to encounter
