Never done this before so can someone advise me on A) getting the old bushes out and B) getting the new ones in? The fact that they have a rubber bush round the actual metal bush makes it difficult to remove but I guess there must a an easy way for both removal and replacing?

Just as a point of interest, I had a nightmare gettin the bolts out that hold the supsension mount to the wishbone!! Must have taken me two hours but finally shifted them!!
