I'm 6'3" (And 16 stone) and I haven't found a production car that the steering wheel does not rest on my legs yet. The only way around the dash problem is to have a dash that does not drop down to the transmission tunnel in the middle.
There will never be as much room in any Cobra as there is in a Bentley but generally the Dax and the Pilgrim (I have found) have more leg space that the others.
