The first cut! Well hole actually, I've managed to use a Dremel+attachment to make a pilot hole in the stainless steel engine bay and enlarge some with a normal drill to 6mm for the brake pipe holders. However in some instances I can't get a standard 6mm drill anywhere near the pilot hole or a 6mm bit in the Dremel.

So, any ideas how I enlarge a pilot hole in a difficult to access area? As you can see from the pictures the remaining holes I need to expand are blocked by the engine

I'll have a lot of trouble on the chassis for the rear pipes.
