I could have fitted a seperate solenoid, which is what Dave Brookes did, but I thought, as all the wiring is there for a mini starter, I may as well fit one. I fitted one on my last Cobra and it was excellent, much more convincing than the standard starter at start up.

I don't think I've taken anything else off.
