| Thanks all you guys. Not sure about needing a medal, possibly some help by a specialist in mental dissorders.
I will make sure clutch is actually working first, then take it it out in 1st gear and slam on the breaks.
Will let you know how I get on.
I fully intend coming to a SW meet, Exeter is about 60 miles from Shepton, so shouldn't be too bad.
