Ive mocked up the handbrake and just need a couple of blots to be able to test it fully. Ive had a go with some old ones I had lying around and have manage to get the handbrake to engage. However with the handbrake in the fully applied position and the adjuster nut at handbrake end wound out as far as it will go I can still roll the chassis forward.

To me it looks like I have too much cable, can this be taken up by adjustment at the handbrake calliper?

When I set the callipers up I wound the adjuster screw in until the pads were just backed off of the disc, do I need to adjust again now i have the cable and lever fitted?

Any Help greatly appreciated.
