Doh! complete disaster with the front bar holes, measure three times and drill in the wrong place!! I used the hoop to gauge the holes positions then forgot to adjust to the centre holes on the overider.

All sorted now with a bit of fibre glass and filler

So on to the the doors. Passenger door is in place but I have a larger gap at the front than the rear and the door catches the body as shown.

Would I be right in thinking it's quite safe to take off some of the inside edge of the front of the door?
