Same on my Dax pipes. I took them apart and the front of the perforated baffle pipe is loose inside the front cone section of the collector. The rattle stops when the pipe gets hot and expands. Haven't thought of a way of stopping it other than drilling a hole from underside and screwing a threaded rod into the pipe to butt against the baffle. Anyone got any better ideas?
