I reckon this will have 'mileage' in the future - arent LPG cars excempt from the congestion charge?

So, based on say 2500 miles a year in the cobra, at £5 a gallon, and on average 18 mpg (thumb in the air average, BB vs SB etc) your petrol cost per year would be just shy of £700.

if you keep the car for 5 years that £3500, ignoring any fuel escalation.

if you keep the car for 10 years, thats £7000, ignoring any fuel escalation.

Conversion costs £800-900, but I have no idea on mpg from a V8 LPG cob. Can someone else do the rest of the sums to find the break even point?
