I use Water Wetter but if your cooling system is poorly designed it won't help much.
One thing to do is run straight water in the summer or as little antifreeze as possible. The antifreeze is a poor heat conductor.
Water is the best and the Water Wetter adds protection from corrosion.
Antifreeze protects against corrosion aswell but remember to use only enough of it in your mixture to protect against your coldest spike in the temperature.
I just flush and add antifreeze into the mix for the winter and run water and Water Wetter in the Summer.
