That's fine Russell - but the radio station has already paid performers' royalties to broadcast the song in the first place.

This is just another example of "reduce the unemployment figures by making jobs up on the back of sneak taxation" by politicians. Same as "Safety Camera Partnerships", "Congestion charges", CRB checks for newsagents, etc etc etc.

Talking of sneak taxation - any higher rate taxpayers should be up in arms at the fact that basic personal allowances have gone up by £600 supposedly to compensate for the 10p tax rate abolition - but the threshold for paying higher rate tax has been REDUCED BY THE SAME AMOUNT! Thus higher rate taxpayers will be a nett £120 worse off.

I detest this government so very much. One day I hope one of the lying thieves will try to shake my hand whilst canvassing.............
