Yes mine has worked fine for 3 years now, but as i said my clutch never worked, were as yours semms to be intermittent.
As Wilf says it could be a duff master cylinder, I think TonyM had that problem a while back, the non return valve in the master wasn't sealing, and pushing the fluid back into the resevoir, when you press the clutch does the fluid level rise?
