Just signed up to your lovely forum with the hope of picking up some advice over the next couple of months!
My girldfriends Dad has apparently been looking at buying something interesting for a while, and it's been a long-term dream of mine to build my own car (having hitherto been confined to 10th scale RC ones
), so we discussed the possibility of building something this summer.
In the end, a part-finished Pilgrim Sumo was found on the bay:
unfinished ac cobra mk3 pilgrim sumo on eBay, also, Kit Cars, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 16-May-08 22:36:15 BST)
So, we're hoping to get it up to scratch this summer!
Work is going to start around July...I can't wait!
