Ok Colin, i fitted a strip of wood to the bulkhead with polyurethane sealant and was hoping to screw the fillet into that but not sure yet, the paint work is almost complete now (see my aviator)
just the doors and a final polish to do then i will have it back then i am going to be busy, will let you know if i find a good way of making this area easily removable.
