| You're certainly right that we put up with unreliable service in this industry. The DVLA cancelled my inspection the day before and couldn't care less that I'd booked annual leave and an expensive car transporter plus driver. They had me over a barrel as I didn't want to be rude to them in case they gave me a Q plate! Luckily I was able to rearrange it but it's just so frustrating, and it makes me look unreliable to my employer and the car transporter firm.
I reckon you'll get your parts in 2 weeks....!
