| Removing head bolts... quick question
Engine set at TDC with #1 piston on its compression stroke. I need to loosen/remove the rockers in order to gain access to all of the head bolts. Do I need to rotate the engine so that each respective valve is cosed before unscrewing the rocker arm nut, or will the act of unscrewing the rocker arm nut gradually release tension in the valve spring?
