A starter for 10

Just topped up my gearbox after the first 150 miles and whilst I was there noticed a couple of the teeth on the flywheel have wear marks where the starter has got them.
When I had the gearbox and bell housing dialed in at reepower he said my Hitachi supplied starter did not throw very far and I should keep an eye on it.

It is not the shims by the way but the travel of the starter it only engages about half the width of the teeth on the fly wheel.

I think I will swap it out for a better alternative before I damage the flywheel.

Can I have suggestions for a tried and tested starter please.

Thank you
