For anyone interested here are a few pics of the housing. It has solved my timing problem but may still cause air locks. I will be looking at fabricating my own housing for my RV8 using the old housing as a base. I aim to bring the outlet out just above the alternator adjusting bracket and pointing straight at the rad. Will keep you informed, but need to drive asap.
