Tony, sadly you may as well shout at your feet mate; the halfwits in government have long forgotten that they are there to enable US to live OUR lives with the least possible problems and the most freedom. Now they just see us as tax drones. Funnily enough I was told on holiday that the spanish 'mot' is called an IVA, and its a two yearly job; coincidence?? Dunno!
