If someone has a problem (Or thinks they have) with a manufacturer they should contact them directly, and not post their grievences on a public forum.
GD and AK seem to have got that message across to their customers, or their customers understand the implications to this quite well.
Some Dax customers however........
Getting drawn into a slanging match doesn't go down well.
Always contact the manufacturer first. If you don't get satisfaction then post away.
IMHO.
This of course excludes me and any grievance I might have with a certain engine supplier from the States, having tried that in the past and got nowhere.
