GD and AK seem to have got that message across to their customers, or their customers understand the implications to this quite well.

Getting drawn into a slanging match doesn't go down well.
Always contact the manufacturer first. If you don't get satisfaction then post away.
IMHO.
This of course excludes me and any grievance I might have with a certain engine supplier from the States, having tried that in the past and got nowhere.  |
Seems fair comments to me.First stop should always be with person you bought from.After that then seek help/advice etc from elsewhere
