| Stalls when I brake hard!?
Er I've got a new, weird, problem, if I brake hard, the engine stalls. (Pilgrim mk2 with 2.8 granada, carb, manual box) Idle sounds fine, & doesnt change if I'm stationary and put my foot on the brake. Nothing changes in terms of engine rpms etc for medium & light braking but hard/emergency braking (even with my foot on the clutch before starting to brake) it just stalls. Restarting isnt a problem.
Not sure how long I've had the problem for as I tend not to do hard braking - only noticed it as I've got an issue I think with a caliper on the front - it pulls to one side. |
