Looks about right, as the others say, it all needs fettling.
Little tip from many years of working these sort of faults, dont be too keen to build up the edge of the boot lid to make it fit. Always try and build up the return into the aperture as this will be less noticeable than a thick uneven edge to a boot lid or door.
