Come on guys, there must be someone with an answer ( sensible ones please) out there.
Would a solution be drilling a hole in the box and injecting some fire cement into the space around the honeycomb core, clamping the the casing in a vice and squeezing the case so that it grabs the core, putting a few self tappers through the case into the core etc......
Any suggestions gratefully received.
