Getting to pobably around 4 seconds would be relatively easy I would think given the correct gearing and matched parts. The same engine with an alloy flywheel would probably get close to 3.5 secs but would be a pig to drive. Given the brass anybody reasonably knowledgeable could get a cobra down to those sorts of times probably without a supercharger, hell Kenny Coleman does it in his sleep. I would probably go a stage further and say I coul get a 2.2 BDA also close to that time.
The beauty about Robs machine is that depending on the boost he wants to run he can either have a nice car to drive or an evil son of a bitch.
