I didn't really look at the RX777 I have to admit, they look as if they may be rather tall compared to normal Cob seats. I did think at first that I wanted headrests but the more I look at plain seats I don't think headrests would look right.
Of course there's always going to be some prat who hits you from behind, then you'll need them.
