Have you considered a Fiero Euro 427? Much better chassis than the Sumo.
I was told by Pilgrim, you'll see I use the same engine in my Cobra, that the engine sits to high in the engine bay and if you lower it then the sump is to close to the ground to be safe.
As long as the Sumo can take the 7.5" Scorpio dif then I don't see any other problems using a Scorpio donor.
